Going Social

We have gone social!!!! Finally you can connect with Lovey Dovey Photography on Facebook!  I'm not sure what took so long, but we finally made a facebook page.  We don't have a bunch of photos up yet on account the ones that were posted are very pixilated for some reason and we gotta see if it can be fixed first. We will be posting there frequently once we get it figured out.  We will still post on the blog, but it will be more of our thoughts on a session and maybe sneek peeks.  Here is the link, please please please "like" us :)

Baby Blake

I was so excited to photograph my new nephew Blake.  He is such a little cutie and so mild mannered.  I love babies, just about as much as I love weddings.  They are actually very similar in my mind.  Both bring so much joy and happiness to the family and both grow in and with love.  Even after having two babies myself, I still get all lovey dovey (no pun intended) inside and I can hardly believe what a miracle they are.  I will admit, I cried at every wedding  I have shot and with every baby I hold.  I am not always sure why, but I am almost certain it is because it is so great to be surrounded by love.  Blake, I am so blessed to have you as my nephew and I am excited to watch you grow!

Blue Jean Baby

Spring has sprung!  I've heard that a lot lately.  I have been itching to go outside and shoot lately, and finally had a moment to do so.  Sophia was my only available model today, and she sure is a cute one.

Zander Charles

Little Zander was precious. He slept through just about everything, making my job a little easier. New babies are absolutely beautiful. I feel so blessed to be able to capture these moments in his tiny life. He is such a miracle!

 I just adore his birthmark! So unique and special. And look at that tiny smile of contentment.

I feel so blessed when people welcome me into their lives and allow me to be part of such intimate moments. Sarah and Jon I am so happy for both of you! Your newest addition will be loved by many!!

Brittany's Baby Bump

Without a doubt my sister in law is a beautiful woman, but she will soon be a beautiful mother. I am very proud to use my talents to show everyone what those closest to her already know.  I never realized how beautiful and even how sexy mothers to be are until I had this chance, my first chance, to photograph a baby bump.  I know when I was pregnant  I certainly didn't feel pretty or sexy, but my husband always tried to convince me otherwise.  Brittany, I hope these help you to not only remember your first pregnancy but also remind you that you are a beautiful mother.
